LPN Job Summary

CarePartners Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in western North Carolina. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to our patients in post-acute settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
  • Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Serve as a resource to department staff, students, and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or First Aid Basic, or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) certification.
  • Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate.
