Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kind Behavioral Health (KBH). As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for children and families with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to drive client outcomes and performance
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical standards and best practices
  • Provide family training and support to promote effective communication and behavior change
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with ASD
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pass a background and reference check
