Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Trainee to join our team at James Edward & Companies Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales initiatives and providing coverage for our Account Managers during vacation, sick leave, or special projects.
Responsibilities:
* Train with our experienced Account Managers and cover their routes as needed
* Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches and price reductions
* Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
* Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and commitment to getting things done
* Maintain excellent communication across our team
* Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order
* Protect and grow the Red Bull brand
Requirements:
* Prior sales experience
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Good mathematical skills and knowledge of the beverage market
* Current driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs.
* Must be at least 21 years old
