Behavioral Health Specialist

VitalCore Health Strategies is a leading provider of correctional healthcare services. We are seeking a PRN Licensed Counselor to join our team at Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Estimated Salary: $40-$60 per hourThis position requires a licensed master's level behavioral health clinician who can assess and make treatment decisions, providing mental health treatment including LPC, LISW, LMFT, or equivalent.
Responsibilities- Perform individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
- Perform administrative consults for specialized social services as determined by the specific needs of the institution.
- Assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects.
- Participate in and conduct in-service programs, as well as assist in the orientation of new staff.
