Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to identify problems and areas for improvement in our healthcare systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our assigned applications and workflows.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of system test plans, reports, and upgrade requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of project requirements documents and design specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, end users, and supervisors to ensure seamless system implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • EPIC, healthcare, coding, data management, and systems analyst experience/background preferred.
  • Experience working within Epic Willow is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
