  • Opening and Closing Duties: Participate in daily opening and closing duties, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Operational Communication: Communicate restaurant operational needs to managers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a helpful and productive working relationship with the DMO and other FOH and BOH teams.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled events, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs, with physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shifts.
  • Multi-Tasking and Training: Ability to handle multiple tasks and train individuals, with a learner/coachable mindset.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Reliable transportation, background check, and flexibility of schedule required.
  • Certification: TIPS certification required upon completion of training.
