  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve patient information.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office setting, preferably primary care.
  • Current phlebotomy certification.
  • Current California LVN license.
  • Current IV certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in medical record systems and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Ability to assist providers during procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to administer injections and other medications as required.
