WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are in search of experienced medical professionals, including Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, who are passionate about aesthetics. This position requires prior experience in cosmetic dermatology or a medspa environment.

WHO YOU ARE: You are a dedicated and talented healthcare professional with a keen eye for aesthetics. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to enhance your skills to provide exceptional service and results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer top-tier cosmetic injectable treatments, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive procedures under the guidance of the Medical Director.
  • Gather client intake forms, consent documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Capture before and after images for client records.
  • Inform clients about all Kalologie treatment options and product offerings.
  • Promote the clinic's services, treatments, and retail products.
  • Provide education on complementary procedures and products to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Adhere to established protocols and compliance policies.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.
  • Assist with various clinic operations as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in administering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane).
  • Current California licensure: RN, NP, or PA-C.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of aesthetic experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with patient EMR systems, charting, and proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures.
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
