About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
