We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual who can manage the flow of patients through our clinics in an organized manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting members and patients upon arrival, checking them in, answering phone calls, re-engaging inactive members, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for presenting and selling memberships and visit packages, while upholding our core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT, and ACCOUNTABILITY.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience. This full-time position requires working Monday-Friday from 9:45am-7:00pm and Saturday from 9:45am-4:00pm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 1+ year of previous sales experience
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent customer service skills

You must be willing to travel to two clinics in Spokane, WA and be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
