Job Description

As an independent contractor, you will provide project-based services to Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) in various fields, including executive recruitment, human resources consultation, workplace investigations, fiscal consultation, and classification/compensation studies.

Your role will involve working closely with the LGPS Program Manager to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations. You will have the flexibility to choose your projects and work schedule, allowing for a balance between work and personal life.

We expect the successful candidate to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in project management and coordination. An estimated $50,000 - $80,000 annual salary range is anticipated for this position.
