Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Vehicle Coordinator to contribute to our dealership's success. This role involves purchasing used vehicles within management's financial guidelines and providing appraisals to service customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with general manager to discuss purchasing requirements
  • Purchase vehicles from customers, ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations regarding the used-vehicle industry
  • Provide detailed appraisals to service customers, showcasing our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze the results of purchases to optimize profitability
  • Analyze sales history and local market trends to determine the best purchasing mix, driving business growth and expansion
  • Track customer interest in vehicles not in stock (lost sales), identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with current market and valuation of used vehicles, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $300-$500 per unit purchased, based on cost to market percentage defined by vAuto. Our average monthly income is $6,500. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year
  • Medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability
  • A robust 401(k) plan for retirement planning
  • At least 2 paid holidays per year subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements
