Job Summary

Radiology Associates of North Texas is seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive the growth of our Interventional Radiology (IR) service line. As an IR Marketing Representative, you will work closely with hospital-based Interventional Radiologists in Tarrant County to develop strategic marketing campaigns that increase referrals and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit a minimum of 30 referring offices weekly to build relationships and identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide weekly field marketing reports to key practice stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate field-marketing opportunities for hospital-based IR physicians to increase their visibility and credibility.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with key hospital leadership, local, regional, and national organizations, and vendors critical to the success of our IR services.
  • Collaborate with the RANT Marketing team to develop IR-specific marketing collateral and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the evaluation and success of marketing campaigns and efforts, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Proactively communicate with the Chief Marketing Officer, IR physicians, and IR staff to keep them informed on relevant market information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare sales experience, with a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to be self-directing and self-motivating.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
