Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Novant Health Neurology & Headache. As a member of our healthcare team, you will establish a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems, collaborating with other team members to provide care that promotes optimal health.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the care of patients during their health journey, utilizing best scientific evidence and compassion.
  • Accept accountability for provision of care, as part of the RN-led team, in accordance with current policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide care that promotes optimal health.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
  • One year of relevant experience, preferred.
  • Appropriate state LPN license, required.
