Job Description

The Loomis Chaffee School is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Campus Support Specialist to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campus.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the campus.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, common areas, and classrooms.
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and corridors.
  • Dusting and polishing surfaces and fixtures.
  • Restocking cleaning supplies and paper products.
  • Removing trash and recyclables.
  • Assisting with special events and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of custodial experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation procedures.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
