Sleep Support Specialist

Schedule: Sun-Wed, 11pm-9am
Salary: $19.50 / hour
We are seeking a dedicated Sleep Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to enhance their quality of life and promote their independence. Your responsibilities will include administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP), implementing treatment plans, and assisting individuals with activities of daily living.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Nightly cleaning and filing
- Providing emotional support and stability to individuals in our care

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury strongly preferred
- Strong time management and writing skills
- Ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment
- Successful completion of a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, and driving record check
