Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Military Simulation Solutions to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our military simulation initiatives and requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, ensuring effective collaboration across various locations.
2. Oversee the development and execution of military simulation projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
3. Drive business development efforts, including capture planning and proposal management, to secure new opportunities.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Department of Defense's Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) processes and markets.

Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Military Studies, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 15 years of management experience.
- Proven track record of leading large teams, ideally with experience managing over 100 employees.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and access classified information.
- Strong expertise in live, virtual, and constructive simulation technologies for military applications.
