Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Brothers Integrated Technologies. Our operations extend across Ohio and neighboring states, focusing on the installation of advanced building technologies including audio-video systems, security solutions, HVAC systems, fire alarms, and networking infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, ranging from small groups to larger crews.
  • Utilize power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in electronics installations, including cable management and basic connections (USB, HDMI, Cat6, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills while supporting fellow technicians.
  • Leverage any existing certifications to enhance your starting compensation.

Training and Development:

We prioritize the growth of our technicians:

  • Our company supports technicians in obtaining certifications across various fields within the low-voltage industry, covering the costs of courses and materials.
  • All technicians are encouraged to take on leadership roles in projects, with guidance provided to ensure success.

Work Schedule:

Our standard workweek consists of 40 hours, typically from Monday to Thursday. When traveling, technicians generally depart on Monday mornings, stay overnight for three nights, and return home on Thursday evenings. Opportunities for overtime are also available, allowing for extended weekends.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Experience Required:

Licenses/Certifications:
