Role Overview

This is a key role in our Enterprise team, responsible for driving net-new and renewal business opportunities with enterprise accounts in TX, from initial prospecting through negotiation and contract close. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full cycle sales, with experience driving revenue through prospecting, creating new business and sustainably growing existing business.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meet and exceed quota by identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities at enterprise-level companies
  • Sources new prospects and positions Rapid7's offerings to suit their needs, builds strong relationships and trust
  • Ensures timely completion of renewal contracts with current customers
  • Stays up-to-date on competitor offerings and identifies their strengths and vulnerabilities
  • Converts client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and influences client choices and negotiates win-win solutions
