We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant/Team Coordinator to join our team at Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our employees and customers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position, and excellent computer skills. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, writing correspondence, accounts receivable, and other administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
  • Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate person
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining a calendar
  • Organizing meetings and taking accurate minutes
  • Writing emails, memos, and letters and distributing them appropriately
  • Contributing to company reports
  • Maintaining an organized filing system
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining relevant office procedures
  • Dispatching technicians
  • Keeping track of job progress
  • Managing job files

Compensation: The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive compensation, paid time off, and career growth opportunities. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to start at 7:00am Monday-Friday.
