Job Description

Dexis Consulting Group is a leading provider of professional services in complex environments.

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Mentor / Subject Matter Experts to support U.S. Department of State security assistance efforts globally with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to support program implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including U.S. Embassy country teams and international organizations.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to ensure program success.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least ten (10) years of prior professional experience working in the relevant specialized discipline(s).
  • Master's degree and at least six (6) years prior professional experience working in the relevant specialized discipline(s)
  • Subject matter certifications may be required at the Task Order level, where applicable.
  • Experience living and working overseas.
  • Fluent English language speaking and writing ability.
