Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and technical presentations to internal stakeholders, clients, and community groups, demonstrating transparency, accountability, and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Idaho or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on wastewater treatment plant construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in hydraulic engineering, water treatment processes, and environmental regulations applicable to wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, with a keen attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in engineering software applications, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with construction management principles, contract administration, and procurement processes related to infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical conduct in all aspects of engineering practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport, build trust, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic work environment.
