About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Carollo Engineers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple water and wastewater projects from planning to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma (or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity within 6 months of employment)
  • 15+ years of water and wastewater project experience in the field of Environmental Consulting Engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including hydraulics, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Active in professional associations, including presentations of technical papers, member of technical committees, and officer of local or national organization
