About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process customer orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inspect and verify merchandise for quality and quantity, making adjustments as needed.
  • Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, using proper lifting and moving techniques to prevent injury.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months retail experience.
  • 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).
  • 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
