We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead teams within our fulfillment center in San Francisco. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of talented individuals and overseeing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
  • Supporting the development of warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
  • Reviewing and preparing workflow, manning, and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
  • Inspiring, developing, and supporting direct reports and warehouse associates.
  • Connecting the team to our vision and bringing focus and intention to delivering on our stated goals.
  • Managing labor planning needs for the team to meet weekly goals through accurate planning for current and future hiring needs.
  • Reviewing daily performance data and analyzing for trends and opportunities, making informed decisions and responding to changing operational needs effectively.

You'll also support functional areas such as Outbound, Returns, New Merch, and Support, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
  • A four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional people management skills with 3+ years leading large teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Able to work in our SF office in Mission Bay.
  • Comfortable delivering frequent written and oral feedback.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
