Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk team, ensuring that all guest requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze and optimize revenue streams, including room sales, food and beverage, and other hotel services.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that all hotel services meet the highest standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all hotel operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
