Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding PV systems over the phone
  • Provide technical application advice for PV systems and share product information
  • Develop technical solutions for products in the portfolio
  • Act as a second-level escalation point for our service provider in cases where solutions are not available in the knowledge database
  • Finalize clarification and documentation of customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Completed electrical or IT training or equivalent knowledge and qualifications
  • More than 3 years of experience preferably in a call center or technical hotline, in order to understand processes
  • Technical knowledge of power grids, inverters, and solar systems
  • Fluent in German; fluent in English or basic knowledge that can be built upon
  • Ability to handle complaints and communicate in a solution-oriented manner
