Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing top-notch service and support
  • Install and configure smart home devices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Consult with homeowners on their smart home possibilities, offering personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Aptitude to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in varying climates/weather conditions
