The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, working closely with customers, and addressing their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Utilize decision-support software to respond to common customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years' experience in high-volume customer service roles.
  • Prior experience in consumer lending, banking, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Compensation: Targeted salary range: $22-$23/hour. Benefits include competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, LTD, and 401(k) with employer match.
