We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bus Person to join our team at the Bistro 24 restaurant. As a Bus Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that they are set to our high standards.
- Assist Food Servers as needed, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their meal.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including side stations and storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager, Food Shift Supervisors, and other team members to ensure a smoothly run operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including maintenance and opening/closing responsibilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver at least 50 pounds and stand/walk 100% of the shift.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with guests and team members.
The Bistro 24 restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a moderate to high noise level. As a Bus Person, you will be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
