Job Overview:The role of an Intramural Sports Official involves overseeing various sporting events, ensuring fair play and adherence to the established rules. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the games played within the university.
Key Responsibilities:- Officiate games in sports such as Flag Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, and Softball.
- Implement and uphold the regulations pertinent to each sport.
- Assist in the preparation and dismantling of fields and courts.
- Conduct maintenance of playing areas to ensure safety and readiness.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the department.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be an enrolled student actively participating in classes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UREC's policies and procedures regarding intramural activities.
Compensation:
$8.00 per hour
