Job Summary

The EHS Coordinator is a critical role at Uline, responsible for promoting a culture of safety and compliance throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety programs to reduce risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide safety training and support to employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing training
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Investigate and document incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a safety or compliance role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Forklift certification and ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
