As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of environmental and industrial services professionals in providing top-notch services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of environmental and industrial services professionals in providing services to clients.
  • Conduct pre-con meetings and complete job hazard analysis forms to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete and review job packs and dailies to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise in the operation of heavy equipment and industrial services.
  • Train new employees on job-related skills and perform other duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience managing and scheduling employees to perform industrial and environmental services.
  • Prior experience in an industrial or plant setting required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to carry/move up to 50 Lbs and perform manual labor in an outside setting.
  • Ability to work over an 8+ hour shift if required and be called out for emergency response.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and CDL preferred.
