We are a well-respected, personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills seeking a hands-on, full-time experienced and well-mannered Legal Assistant to join our growing team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a personal injury law firm or a similar industry, but we are willing to train the right candidate with no prior legal experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients with a warm and pleasant attitude
- Provide quality client care and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform miscellaneous client contact, scanning in mail, labeling, calendaring events, and other administrative tasks
- Work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as multi-tasking abilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office
- 1 year of experience in a law office (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
