Position Summary

We are in search of a skilled professional who possesses a deep understanding of collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver exceptional technical solutions. This role is crucial in enhancing the processes, efficiency, and overall customer experience within our Sales Operations Department. The position involves supporting the creation of low-code and custom applications, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data reporting, and data visualization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and comprehend business requirements, leading the Requirements Gathering sessions.
  • Translate business processes and concepts into precise technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system and process documentation, including Business Requirement Documents, Jira stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Work in tandem with the development team to ensure the design and delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
  • Create test cases and conduct manual testing of deliverables.
  • Assist business users during acceptance testing, production migration, and post-implementation support.
  • Submit Change Requests and oversee production migrations.
  • Engage in planned Scrum ceremonies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the supported business functions and processes, serving as a credible representative.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions with minimal rework.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business issues and new initiatives, guiding team direction.
  • Address inquiries from business partners and support calls.
  • Oversee product ownership and collaborate with business partners to drive improvements.
  • Estimate solution efforts and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation.
  • Influence business leadership and management decisions, fostering ownership and acceptance of changes.
  • Summarize complex information into key points for management review.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to technology and business partners.
  • Develop clear and concise artifacts and presentations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Requirements:

Mandatory

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
  • Strong analytical abilities to comprehend business objectives, intricate processes, and design suitable solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Solid understanding of project management life cycles and system development life cycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in JIRA and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with custom application development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within an onshore/offshore model.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, problem-solving, project management, and planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capability to influence and manage expectations with business stakeholders and peers.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convert business processes into technical requirements.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with data analysis, visualization, and reporting & analytics.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies.
  • Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Platform or Out Systems.
  • Understanding of technology architectures.
  • Experience in exploring new technologies and evaluating third-party solutions for business problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs) using new technologies.
