Job Summary

Rochester Manor in Rochester, NH is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
  • Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification is required.
