Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently prepare a variety of ingredients including meats, vegetables, and sauces for our pizza oven.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of food items served.
  • Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels at workstations to ensure smooth service.
  • Prepare food items according to recipe specifications.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized, including all kitchen equipment.
  • Assist managers and team members as needed.
  • Support station cooks during busy periods.
  • Properly handle and store all food products.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; however, one year of kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, and stand for long durations.
  • Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds, multiple times during a shift.
