Customer Service Expert

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Salary and BenefitsOur competitive salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the JobAs a Customer Service Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound communications in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Documenting and processing customer claims in our systems
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
