Job Description

The Senior Coverage Director will oversee the management of complex casualty claims, including Long Tail Exposure (LTE) claims and class action litigation. This role requires expertise in coverage issues, litigation management, and high-exposure claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage coverage litigation and arbitration in designated Casualty practice areas.
  • Develop and implement litigation and resolution strategies.
  • Manage outside counsel and oversee all aspects of coverage litigation.
  • Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a lawyer and/or claim professional.
  • High degree of specialized and technical competence in litigation management and complex coverage issues.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and assimilate learning materials on various subjects.

Additional Requirements:

  • Obtain an applicable resident or designated home state adjusters license.
  • Experience in senior management reporting.

Compensation:

The pay range for this role is $92,500 to $158,000, depending on skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
