About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization
  • Oversee and manage all IML departments and programs
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
  • Represent IML at various meetings and events throughout the state
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors, legislators, and statewide officials to further IML's agenda
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree and/or juris doctor degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a municipal or government setting
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with federal and state legislative processes and political environments
