Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop detailed project cost estimates for clients, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts, and other expenses.
  2. Communicate with clients to understand project goals and deliverables.
  3. Provide preconstruction services, including written estimates and financial analysis.
  4. Meet budgetary objectives by adjusting project constraints as needed.
  5. Cordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure construction teams have necessary materials.
  6. Visit project sites as required.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience;
  • 10+ years of experience in estimating & project management for projects ranging from $500K to $50M;
Estimated Salary Range
$125,000 - $135,000 USD per year.
