About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Gunn Automotive. As a key member of our Call Center, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers sell their vehicles to us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with leads to schedule appointments and conduct vehicle inspections
  • Determine vehicle values and provide appraisals to our customers
  • Ensure a positive and personalized experience for each customer
  • Work closely with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous Call Center experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid Texas driver's license and good driving record
  • High School diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
