Culligan Water in Seguin is seeking a skilled Installation and Service Technician to provide installation, service, and repair of Culligan products in homes and/or businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment to meet customer needs
  • Complete paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Communicate positively with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company
  • Follow all rules and regulations about safety and Culligan policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Plumbing experience is highly preferred
  • Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 75 lbs
