Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial evaluations to assess clients' psychosocial status and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address socioeconomic and emotional factors affecting clients' health.
  • Provide rehabilitative and supportive casework to help clients and their families cope with personal and environmental difficulties.
  • Consult with attending physicians to alter treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including initial evaluations, care plans, and daily notes.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from a School of Social Work approved by the Council of Social Work Education.
  • Licensed in the State of Florida as a clinical social worker (LCSW).
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization's requirements.
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
