Position Summary

  • Detect discrepancies in incoming and outgoing components.
  • Perform root cause investigations utilizing methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and 8D reports.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate across departments with engineering and production teams.
  • Support enhancements in supplier quality.
  • Contribute to New Product Introduction by reviewing and validating technical drawings.
  • Execute corrective measures and maintain documentation regarding their effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with various Root Cause Analysis methods.
  • Experience in New Product Implementation.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
