Job Summary:

As a Quality Control Inspector at MacKenzie-Childs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect blanks and finished goods coming out of production to guarantee that they meet the company's high-quality specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect blanks (painted pottery without luster or decals) for quality defects and record pass/fail on KLR's (kiln load reports).
- Inspect pottery finished goods coming out of production and record pass/repairs/fail on KLR reports and related codes for reason of fail.
- Move passed product to its proper destination, including blanks to the decal/luster department, components to warehouse, and completed lop-level SKU's to the dock for transportation.
- Communicate with Product Manager on standards for pass/fail and communicate quality issues to leads and production managers.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous quality control experience
- Computer proficiency, including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and generating reports using standard software
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records and data files, and strong organizational skills

Work Environment:
