About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables
  • Support the sales process by processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and inventory goals, and participate in visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods of time
