About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Sales and Inventory: Assist with sales and inventory processes, including processing customer purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
