Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and consistent front desk associate who can work Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 4pm. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment and possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Operate a point of sale system with ease and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment.
  • Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems is strongly preferred.
  • Previous salon/spa experience is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service.
  • Ability to multitask with ease.
