Role Summary:
The Employment Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment program. This role ensures optimal program outcomes through training, supervision, and direct collaboration with employment specialists. The supervisor will engage with clients receiving IPS services and monitor performance metrics to implement quality enhancement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and mentor a team of up to ten employment specialists, ensuring they meet performance expectations regarding employer engagement and job placements.
2. Conduct regular group and individual supervision sessions, providing field mentoring to enhance the skills of new and existing specialists.
3. Collaborate with mental health teams to integrate services effectively and resolve any arising issues.
4. Maintain communication with external partners to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
5. Collect and analyze client outcome data to inform program improvements and report on performance metrics.
6. Facilitate fidelity reviews and assist in developing action plans based on feedback.
7. Prioritize job retention by providing timely support to both clients and employers during the employment process.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in rehabilitation or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in supported employment or related services for individuals with disabilities.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve practical problems in diverse situations.

Physical Requirements:
This position may require occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
